Maui Sky Fiber Names Customer Care Center Partner

TC Kokua to Provide Inbound Customer Services via Phone, Email, Chat

MAUI, Hawaii, Mar. 19 /Businesswire - Hawaii based Maui Sky Fiber, a wireless communications startup, has chosen TC Kokua, LLC to handle inbound service requests for its customers. TC Kokua will act as the customer service department for Maui Sky Fiber by performing services such as inbound technical assistance, service orders, and answering general questions. The customer base will come from visitors staying at major hotels and from local residents and businesses looking to upgrade their internet capabilities.
